Cookie Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Artisan ("iosta", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.iosta.com (the "website"). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently and to provide information to the website owner and to third parties.

Cookies set directly by us are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by other companies whose services we use (for example analytics or advertising providers) are called "third-party cookies". Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser ("session cookies"); others remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them ("persistent cookies").

We also use similar technologies such as tracking pixels and tags, which work together with cookies. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".

2. Our legal basis

Under the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we only place cookies that are not strictly necessary on your device if you have given your consent. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the website cannot work properly without them.

When you first visit the website, a banner asks for your choice. Non-essential cookies stay switched off until you accept them. Rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them, and you can change your mind at any time.

3. The types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential for the website to function and to remember your cookie preferences. They cannot be switched off.

Analytics

These cookies collect information about how visitors use the website, such as which pages are visited most often and how long visitors stay. The information is aggregated and helps us improve the website. They are only set if you consent.

Marketing

These cookies are set by our advertising partners. They are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show you relevant iosta adverts on other websites and platforms. They may be used by those partners to build a profile of your interests. They are only set if you consent.

Preferences

These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, more personalised features. They are only set if you consent.

4. Cookies used on this website

The table below lists the main cookies that may be set. Third-party providers may change the names and lifetimes of their cookies; where that happens we will update this list.

5. Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode. This means Google tags on the website adjust their behaviour based on your choice. If you do not consent to analytics or marketing cookies, Google tags will not store or read cookies for those purposes. They may still send limited, cookieless signals (for example, that a page was viewed) which Google uses in aggregated, modelled form. These signals do not identify you.

6. Third parties

Some cookies are placed by third parties acting as independent controllers or as our processors. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies:

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How to manage cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page or the button at the top of this policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking all cookies may affect how the website works. Guidance for common browsers:

To opt out of personalised advertising more broadly, you can also visit Google Ad Settings or Your Online Choices.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Where changes are significant, we will ask for your consent again.

9. Contact us and your rights
